A recent magazine survey suggested that 41% of Australian men would give up sex for a month if it meant their cricketers would regain the Ashes.
Any other Poms staying up like me?

You want to take the day off like me
Yeah it starts at 2.30
Still I have positive vibes for this Test, even if we bowl first
Think this could be a good pitch for us

Eccelente!
Mahomood for Anderson and Monty for Gilo. I thik this makes sense. Mahmood should get a lot out of that wicket and he bowls a lot straighter than Anderson does these days. Anderon lost his radar about 4 years ago and has never got it back.
Mahmood is a much better batsman than Anderson so this compensates the loss of giles's batting.
Monty is a better bowler than Gilo and I believe Monty is a better batsman than Anderson.
I think these changes are a bit of a compromise by Fletcher. He had to bring Monty in and this way our batting isn't weakened.
Shame Read can't get a game though especially with Monty playing
Come on you Poms

Very ropey start from Flintoff. This pitch doesn't look as lively as other Perth pitches. Still our record is shocking on typical Perth pitches anyway.
Can't wait to see Harmisson and Mahmood on this pitch.Originally posted by Gordon Brown
