Neil, I assume you are on there?

I had the bones and it was superb. If you are going to hook a girls bikeframe on there you'll need a crossbar for it though (they are about a tenner at halfords).

So having used it, erm yeah. The bones is brill. Make sure you get an additional strap to go over the two bikes too to minimize the movement.
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Cheers mate. I'm sure I'll have to get one eventually but for the moment I'm just going to try and squeeze my sister's bike in my car, because we can begin the cycle route from my house anyway.

Take the front wheel off for space efficiency

Alex, hybrid is definitely the way to go. I have a Cannondale Bad Boy for commuting, it is brilliant and I love.

I might sign up with that.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Ok. Fitted my Saris Sentinel to my car - unbelievably easy, no swearing, no temper loss and its sturdy. I bought 2 extra bungees to secure the front wheel. Very impressed with my purchase. You should buy one.

                      But I don't need one.

I just spent almost £200 on clothing FFS. Expensive business this!

I'm going to look ****ing incredible though.
