Probably one for Nev but others may also be able to give some insight. I'm probably going to book a ticket to the Bok - Ireland game at the Aviva on the 22nd. Through official channels, the only options available are way back in row Z (sections 500-520) most of these. My mates have already booked so I'll definitely be sitting by myself. Are these okay for viewing and atmosphere?

I see there are better tickets available at similar prices through websites like Ticombo - I know that these are generally good but do carry an element of risk - is the risk worth it or is the viewing experience in the stadium quite similar regardless of where I'm sat?

I was watching the football but kept an eye on it. Near the end of the game, I think it was Crowley put a no armer/semi spear on Barrett was shocked that wasn't a yellow as for me it was definitely worse than the red now that I've seen the replay.

Looks a bit worse from this angle. Dunno all so subjective.

Honestly, I don’t think that’s a card as Osbourne (I think that’s him) has dropped his height. But you see them given and in the context of Beirnes which surely set the tone for the match then there’s questions to be asked.

Also I’d be absolutely screaming for it if it happened against us also

For me Beirnes is a yellow, he’s upright and no attempt to wrap. But it is a ridiculously soft red.

Harsh red I thought and this was “just” a pen

I “watched” both, it reminded me of an Ireland 7/8 years ago vs NZ game. They were pretty ****e for an hour and we weren’t ruthless and then bang bang and we were dead. They turned it on a big at the end. Our first game so we were under cooked as well.

Tbh, I think we are at the end of an era now, so many of our great players are pushing on and I’m not sure of the level of those coming through. I think England will kick on now and we’ll be fighting ye for third spot in the 6 Nations again

Great win for Munster away to Leinster, maybe the Lions tour is really taking a toll on them. Munster played v well though, Crowley outshone Prendergast which is good for Ireland selection!

We used to call to his house and get him out of bed to play thd games, he’d rock up and score 5 goals.

He’s a decent mate of mine now, he has two degrees from Queen’s and Trinity and is an art curator at a very famous gallery. He’d come home from time to time and play 7 aside and was still class.

We took him pitch and putting once, never held a golf club and his first shot was like McIlroy and stuck it to about a foot - he just had no interest in sport….. what a waste!
    Mental haha

People with that level of all round natural ability sicken me. The redeeming feature here is that this guy couldn’t give a **** about his natural gifts.

Afterwards was a carnage, so many familiar faces.

I've said it many times but people don't realise how difficult of a competition it is to win. It's rare, Duane Vermuelen has never won one for example. Back to back is big. NZ have accumulatd so many, it's impossible to equalise but it would be great to pull a few more back before they fully revitalise.
What was great was the competitiveness of it, all 4 sides can beat each other now. The rugby world needs a competitive Australia and that seems to be coming back as well

I’m sick of ye guys winning everything but less sick than if NZ were doing it
