Even despite the lack of Scots that was some match . Particularly up front.

Solid defence from the Lions to draw the series. It's quite a different ABs team without Carter and McCaw but theyve got some talent.

I am incredibly sore about the lack of Scots, but do think we were unlucky with injuries to perhaps 4 players (Nel, Jones, maybe Maitland, Taylor) who would have made the tour. Hogg would have started in place of error strewn Williams. Every selection decision was understandable but seems unfair none of them went the way of a Scot.

That said, herculean effort from the guys that made it. The ABs went so close at the end amazing defence to keep them out.

Would be fair to say that (perhaps for the first time) the ABs were on the end of a couple of tight decisions.

And thought the yellow was harsh given AWJ was quite low.

that's the sporting trip of a lifetime -what an amazing experience and bettered by the fact we got a 'positive' result.
