Thanjk you.

I thought his control of the breakdown was poor tbh but that's how I saw it and on another day the whistle would have been blowing for us.
As I said can't take anything from the Scots, they played very well and we were subdued but didn't get into the game.
The only question mark I had with England was if their power game didn't work what else could they do. In fairness most teams can't live with them and the power they have + their bench but they played in Scotland's hands a bit.
Once Scotland were dominating the breakdown you'd think they'd have tried something different but more of the same and they kept getting turned over. Reminded me of Wales beating Ireland a few years back in the RWC where Lydiate chopped our runners down and Wharburton stole the ball at will.
If Scotland play with the same freedom vs us I'd worry as we are bad defensively and they are excellent with quick ball. We need to strangle the life out of the game and keep it tight
Those decisions must have been sore ones, I would have been gutted the other way, but ultimately proved correct.
Much the way I saw it
They were horrible decisions to have to take due to circumstances, but they were bang on. I don't think any ref should allow **** to slide if it's marginal and part of a good piece of play.
Outrageous isn’t it. He played another beauty at the end of the move and we scored a try.
The great thing about Finn is that on the back of all the criticism you might have expected him to reign it in a bit. If anything he went the other way and tried even more inventive passing.
Hogg took over kicking to touch and Laidlaw was on pens meaning Russell just had to focus on his game.
Just to add our Centre woes continue, Chris Farrell (MotM) vs Wales injured in training and out for the rest of the tournament. Gary Ringrose back in the squad after 6 week absence but they are dropping like flies!
I've not expressed that particularly well. It was really poor what happened to him, and the guys that did it seemed like total c*nts, Not at all representative of the crowd at the game (hostile, but I spoke to loads of England supporters outside the ground, and as ever there was no trouble).
But, what I mean is. I don't think it is wise for the RFU to let a controversial coach such as Jones travel alone on public transport the day after one of the biggest games in sport. Common sense. I think coaches that were less provocative might travel undisturbed but if you were to say to me last week, that Eddie Jones was travelling alone by train from Scotland to Manchester then I would have said it seems like a bad idea.
****ing hell, between this, the tunnel non incident, and Ryan Wilsons citing (reprieved) there hasnt been much opportunity to read about how well we played...!!!
