Finn Russell is the only back on the bench!!!

Going to be interesting if there are any injuries.

Wednesday night is squash night so I missed this and part of the football. I watched the highlights and was v comfortable.

Normally the midweek games and more physical with the opposition using it as a one in a life chance - it seems v easy so far. The lack of crowds really effects that. The Lions look big though and plenty sticking their hands up in the back 3=

It was a pretty comfortable win, and given the pre match situation that is quite something.

Special mention again to Ali Price. I thought he was great, even winning a turn over, bu to play 60 mins on Sat and then 80 yesterday and he wasnt blowing as hard as some is quite an achievement. We've not seen much of Davies, but I hope Price gets a chance (obvs not as starting - yet) 9.

Mako was poor I thought, and Fagerson also struggled a bit in the Scrum. When Furlong and Sutherland came on the front row improved both in open play and in set piece.

The back row is incredibly strong, for me Watson is in poll position at 7. There is so much hype around Tom Curry it is difficult not to get swept up in it. But he was no better than average. Navidi was also very good. A lot of it depends on who plays at 8. Anyones guess really it is a reala horses for courses battle. Simmonds was ok, same with Faletau, so maybe Conan edges it.

A back three of say Beirne, Watson, Conan or a more mobile Watson, Navidi, Simmonds... who knows. Some tough calls.

Backs is again a tough choice. I'd love to see Henshaw and Harris paired. Aki was a bit meh last night. Daly played well.

And the wings are also a challenge but possibly Adams and Duhan in poll position, though we have yet to see Anthony Watson. Rees Zammit is a bit on the edges to be a starter for me, but his pace is unreal.

Some incredible players will not get picked.

I also see they are looking for a replacement fixture on Saturday with Georgia having been mentioned.

Did a cheeky team pick earlier

Williams, Van D M, Henshaw, Farrell, Adams, Biggar, Murray, Simmonds, Watson, Beirne, Itoje, Hendo, Furlong, George, Mako

I don't think Mako will make it. He has been poor internationally for a while. And didnt do much for his cause last night. Sutherland is a monster in the scrum and in the loose, I think he has a shout for a start if he puts in another decent performance.

Jamie George was very impressive on Saturday and I'd agree he is a decent shout for hooker.

I'd also love to see Harris and Henshaw play together in a warm up match. Harris has put in (arguably) the most complete performance from any centre so far.

Backs are a lottery. You have to play Adams, you cant ignore the size and speed of Duhan, and then its a shoot out between Williams and Hogg. With who ever doesnt make it a very decent bench option.

Lots of mistakes from the Lions today.

Loose play from individuals (Biggar, Davies and Daly) has cost try’s.

Marcus Smith been called up as injury cover for Finn Russell, though Russell is expected to recover.

Some game - defences not great but 71 points is mad. Two for Beirne

Better focus on that more than Murray with one charged down and a yellow in his 30 min cameo Davies didn’t have a great game, got isolated once, threw an interception and was very loose, so I think Ali Price who has been flawless backs up Murray in the tests.

I think that was potentially getting close to the starting pack. Throw in Maro. I’d go Beirne, Watson and not sure at 8.

Chris Harris was excellent, I’d really like to see him with Henshaw. Dan Biggar was also very loose today.

Murray hasn’t been in good form and I didn’t fancy him to get a test spot but he is one of Gatland’s favs. Simmonds balances that back row well but will prob be Toby
