What a half from Marcus Smith. Kicking from the hand and off of the tee in addition to that try saving recovery. Should be an epic second half.

Good game, we were probably just about better. Carnage at the end there. Can definitely see the Tony Brown influence taking shape.Originally posted by Irishnev View PostIreland lost by 7 away to ZA, probably should’ve lost by more yet I felt the bounce of the ball went against them and a few close calls by the ref. Ireland need a break and a some fresh blood, we look a tired team
Rough one on the Lowe try though. Probably the right call but hate delving that deep into things. Both kickers left a lot on the pitch (as did McKenzie and Smith in the England vs AB game). What's happened to kicking?
Should be a good one again next week.

Great win
I’ve been to the Loftus as few times, full house is some intimidating atmosphere

Wow.
A ****ing outstanding performance from Glasgow in Pretoria to beat Bulls. Stuck in the game and the try just before half time to make it 13-7 was huge.
Then a simply incredible effort second half.
Zander Fagerson going 80 AGAIN just 7 days after the semi final with some performance.

Snyman already at Leinster. Was worried when he came on and he was ****.
Glasgow impressed me, really gritty performance, one that might be a good sign for the national team. Sione got MotM and Huwipolotu were fantastic - it was a deserved win. But the standout for me was Zander Fagerson he was phenomenal.
Tough final though having to travel to South Africa.

Munster v Glasgow a cracker also.
Very impressive display from Glasgow.

Yeah, if we had our original kicker, that would have been over the bar for us.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostThat drop goal also… so close.
But Leinster never lead, Toulouse just deserved it.
We were always playing catch up & couldn't get a grip on the game. Toulouse defence were very physical, Willis is some player.

Same for both tho, Toulouse kept out twice. There really wasn’t much in it.
It was a brutal game at the breakdown, both teams have a lot of attacking talent but they couldn’t get going because of the physicality of the defence. Toulouse defence, and Jack Willis, was immense.
Doris really cost Leinster playing the ball on the ground after an immense personal game.
Was good to see Kinghorn have a great game. One try saving tackle, kicked well, ran well, decent under the high ball.Last edited by Buzzo; 25-05-24, 09:33 PM.
