I didn’t see the game, watched extended highlights. I’d want him to start at 10 for the Lions with JGP at 9, Aki and Lawrence in the centre and Hugo at full back. Wings are harder to pick - could be Lowe and Duhan

Stats today, we’ve played much worse and beaten England. Fair play to England but it wasn’t a convincing performance from their backs. Very impressive in the main from their forwards. Our backs were excellent.

He’ll def go and then it’s about form. Bundee came off the bench for us and turned the game - he had a massive impact

Italy started well but getting absolutely monstered now. 17-54 with 25 mins to play.

Poor Italy - they started like a train but their ruck defence has been non existent

And I just want to say, as an Aussie living in Europe, just how much I enjoy the 6 Nations. It’s an absolutely brilliant tournament and I would love to be able to visit Landsdowne Road and Murrayfield to watch at least one game in each (hopefully you beating England!)

Just watched the highlights, v well deserved and even with DuPont off. We have very little depth in a few areas and wing is one - Lowe and Hansen out is too much. Wouldn’t have made a huge difference but I think we’d have faired better

No team has ever won 3 in a row and looks unlikely this year unless Scotland produce a huge away performance

Ya - he’s now 2 for 2 and I sent a similar text to my brother at half time Ireland been under par for a while tbh and just getting over the line since we beat France away last year. France are brilliant, no shame in losing to them

Agree though, that performance was an outlier, you were average v England and arguably lucky v Wales - and the French are awesome. They will live to rue dropping the ball multiple times v England.
