They are putting on a clinic so far, the squad depth is ridiculous and having Barrett plus Snyman just seems unfair! Having said that Toulouse could have their number

Yeah, even fully loaded Glasgow would struggle here that was relentless. it has been a masterclass. They are effectively a test team operating in club Rugby. Toulouse and Leinster are on a different level quality and depth wise to any other club teams out there and Toulouse without DuPont don’t look quite as formidable.
Have to feel it’s Leinster trophy to lose.
Leinster v Toulouse would be an immense final.Modifying post.

I forgot about DuPont, it levels the playing field a bitOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostYeah, even fully loaded Glasgow would struggle here that was relentless. it has been a masterclass. I saw the team and pics of them walking around Edinburgh, 10 test Springboks I thought I sawOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostEdinburgh having a crack at a fully loaded Sharks. Tickets sold out rapid when the Sharks team was announced. I left it too late.
10-6 at HT 2 try’s.
Jamie Ritchie in excellent form.

Yep. They win it with a last play try. Épic match. Fights breaking out throughout. Test match edge.
Edinburgh have been ****e this season but look to have improved over the last month or so. Can’t ask for much more tonight. No Duhan or Darcy for us.Last edited by Buzzo; 18-04-25, 09:35 PM.Modifying post.

Sets it up for a brilliant second half. A few of the old stagers looking old! Furlong is past it now and Finn Smith much better than Prendergast (his defence is ****). Pollack looks the quintessential Lions bolter.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostNorthampton absolutely taking it to Leinster here.
Barrett can’t start due to Irish lads having to get preferential treatment, Henshaw been poor and they may change it at half time

Yeah second half well set up, I expect a response from Leinster but they looked second best in most areas there.
Agree on Pendergast, he is good ball in hand but his defence is abysmal. He had to make that tackle on Pollock. Interestingly both Smith and Pollock are both from Scottish parents (mum and dad)
I didn’t realise that about Barrett - don’t think it will be too long until we see him. I also wonder if sometimes resting so many players doesn’t work for Leinster in terms of fluidity.
Tommy Freeman definitely booking himself on the Lions tour also.Modifying post.
