Oh they won on strategy today but the car was quick and they managed the race reminiscent of Ferrari of old.

Interesting to see the Toro Rosso's in Verstappen and Sainz both finishing in front of the RedBulls.

Red Bull and Maclaren have well and truly dropped off the face of the competitive mountain.

Imagine a season with all of them in their pomp! Would be epic.

McLaren-esque cock up there by Mercedes, essentially costing them the 1-2. Pleased for Vettel though, I hope he goes on to challenge this season so all the doubters (he only won because of the car...) can drone on about something else. Clearly the 3rd best driver on the grid, and possibly still to enter his peak.

Love the reaction of both Hamilton and Rosberg

That was easy for Lewis, completely under control the whole race. Looked like he decided to make it uncomfortable for Nico half way through the race as well, which was amusing.

Nico coming up with excuses and sounds like someone who doesn't know how to beat his teammate. Nico is such a bad loser.

Good race from Lewis did all he needed to do today; Nico needs to be quicker simple as that as tbh it looked to me Hamilton drove well within himself until he needed to up the pace at the pit stops and we saw how quick he really was.

Impressive again from Ver Stappen PM very unlucky to break down like that.,

Thought Hamilton would blow Nico away this year and so it seems. Can't touch him. His big chance was last season, he won't get near a title again.

Aye, mentally Rosberg just doesn't look up to it. A strong ferrari is good for Hamilton as he's still got the best car and it puts pressure on Rosberg to not just try and beat Hamilton but ensure he stays in front of Vettel which he should do of course

Vettel is right back on it. I'm quite enjoying seeing the people who wrote him off as being a world champion just off the back of Red Bull dominance eating their words just now.

The car certainly helped ! Interesting to see how the opinions of the likes Hamilton and Alonso change towards him now he's moved cars. 3rd best driver on the grid for me

Absolutely, and arguably still to reach his peak, which seems to hit around late 20's to early 30's for the very best drivers. He could still end up being the most decorated of all time statistically, he's got plenty of time. Could see him winning another couple of championships (if he leaves Ferrari )

Great qualifying session from Lewis and Vettel, Rosberg seriously needs to up his game.
