I don't usually bother to have even one practice

I use one practice swing in my routine. I use the same routine on the course and up the driving range. I found it has given me much better consistency

I actually quite like Jim Furyk's swing. It intrigues me

He certainly has it grooved to good effect. There are so many different swings on the tour nowadays. It's great to see. I was watching a split screen comparison between Luke Donald and Alvaro Quiros a while back. Luke was at the top of his backswing and Alvaro had already hit the ball

My Dad (ex pro shop pro) always tells me to slow my swing down...then steps up and lashes it 320 yards with a 100mph swing

And nowt wrong with Furyk's swing....it's different sure but it totally works. It is fascinating.

My favourite swings are Adam Scott's.....finesse and beautiful poise, but so much power too....and Luke Donald. Amazing swing. So easy, such perfect tempo.

My old man is so proud of my swing He always brings it up in any golf talk. It's either a carbon copy of Freddie or big ernies depending on the day he did cut down one of his two irons when I was a wee lad and I used to belt the **** out of anything in the yard.

Puts a fair bit of pressure on to not slice the **** out of it
