Yeah feel for him as well. But he couldn't really cope with Djokovic's baseline game. The longer the rally, the more vulnerable he was.

His backhand is his issue it's great to watch but with a single hander it's always more susceptible to breaking down compared to the two handed almost everyone else employs

Felt for Federer at the end but his time has come and gone. Delighted for Novak, especially after the run of losses he's had in Slam finals. Go on Novak lad.

Great stuff from Novak. He deserved it. He managed to put Federer under pressure in the fifth at take the momentum.

Incredible resilience from Roger to take it to 5. You don't win anything easy in Grand Slam tennis.

Wonder what the hells up with him? Looks like an ordinary player who just floats around the draw never threatening to win a tournament at the moment. He's not even reached a final in 2014 has he?

I wondered how he might respond to Tsonga's comments on players not being scared of Murray any more. Straight sets. He needs some of that old desire back.

I think Novak will wipe the floor with him. Unfortunately he's just not the same player he was pre surgery.
