Think we should have a thread to share our experiences/tips with other members.
I'll start. I started running a couple of months ago and I am loving it. Up to 5k now and doing the 5k in Liverpool on May 5th for The Stroke Association.
Started out doing interval training. Run 1 min, walk 2 and built it up like that. Struggled to walk for a minute at first and now I can run 40!
Out tonight and I can't wait. Running makes me feel great, have lost a dress size, toned up and got fitter.
What's everyone else been doing?
Oh, and today I bought a Shake Weight. You know those things that make you look like you're giving someone a wank?
