Just taken my dog for a walk and expected to be really stiff and sore but I'm virtually pain free. Baffled why it was so painful the moment I stopped yesterday. I'll have to do a slower kilometer next time after I've finished the timed run.
Still, I'm chuffed that I sustained 7mph+ over that distance. Looking forward to seeing how times improve as I lose weight
You are doing a lot of running though to be fair Norbs, that's definitely going to help alleviate any stiffness. If anything you should be looser.
