Left my ****ing Inhaler at work and my spare is no where to be found!
Couldn't go for a run tonight and run the small risk I have an Asthma attack
Tomorrow is impossible because I have a meeting in the evening and then have to help my Brother in Law move. So it looks like Ill be running Thursday, Friday and Saturday to make up for it.*Except Michael, who died.

The running is going a lot better lads since PTP said to go as soon as you get in.
Have been running every other day for the past 5 days, will be going again tonight straight after work.
Although I'm not documenting it I do feel a lot better now for it.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.

4.6k last night. 2 or 3 times more by the weekend and I'll be happy. Enjoying the intervals but going to up the distance next week.Felching ≠ Gerbilling

I'm now officially making my Sunday run an intervals one. Did it last weekend and really felt the benefit of getting out of my comfort zone. Too often I run at the same or similar pace and I think my body was getting used to it. It's amazing the difference changing up the pace can make.Originally posted by badpiggy View PostRowan 55.8km

What's everyone's target for the month? I'm still aiming for 100km, which I'm on course for. Anyone else got a goal?

It works on all levels doesn't it? Better for fitness, increases the confidence factor and is genuinely enjoyable to do.
