Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Up and out by 4.30 this morning, did two jobs in Kensington before coming back at 10am. Then

28mins of rowing, 10mins on the bike and 6k jogging today. And a wank.

I'll be like Bear Grylls this time next year

You think I overdid it with the wank?

It's difficult to say without knowing the duration

The wanking muscle on my left arm is majorly bigger on my left cannon than my right. It's actually quite embarrassing.

Need to refocus again on this weight loss. I lost around 40 lbs and and completely plateaued.

Going out on my Bike tonight for a 20 mile ride. Building up to a 60 mile in about 8 weeks.

Food is my downfall though. I need to get back into the Egg routine, got totally put off them after biting into a rotten one

40lbs is great going though Alex. How much more do you need to shift before hitting your desired weight?

Eggs? What's with the egg diet? Won't that ruin your cholesterol.

I've lost about 25lbs since January. I have another 10 to go before I hit my target weight. It's been coming off slowly and steadily all year now. I think it's the best way to lose it.

                          Probably another 30ish.

I was eating 2 boiled eggs for breakfast. Dont think that amount will do too much damage.

Nice going on the weight loss mate, ****ing hard isnt it!

Im doing a decent job of keeping it off now, just need to power on and go the rest of the way.

That still sounds like too many eggs a week, but it's not going to kill you I guess

To be honest, I haven't found it too bad. I've been using the myfitnesspall app and controlling my calorie intake. I also exercise regularly now (a mixture of running and walking) and record all that on the endomondo app. I find keeping a track of what I'm eating and drinking and the exercise I'm doing helpful. It helps maintain my interest and motivates me.

I tend to have some sort of treat on a Saturday (slice of pizza, or a muffin etc), but try not to go too far over my calorie target for the day.

It's working well so far, I tend to lose 1-2lbs a week, and I'm feeling all the better for it.

I think the way the eggs are cooked is more of an issue than the amount of cholesterol in the egg itself.

Boiled eggs are one of the best ways to have them as they are not being cooked in butter or fat.

True. It's still an odd breakfast for a diet though. Two boiled eggs on their own would be about 300 calories and I doubt it would be that filling?
