How long has it been?
Ha ha, be a week tomorrow, since my last carb day. Did a low carb diet a few months ago so obviously expected these problems, but my diet this time is a bit more drastic and absolutely no motion at all.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I hope your phone is charged up next time you go. Could be a while.

Nah, I’ll probably just squeeze a pea sized nugget out soon that will feel like a bowling ball leaving.

Can't use Youtube in work, but I imagine that clip isn't pleasant.Originally posted by Alex View PostIf we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

The first time I did it for 3 weeks before holiday, I took a few supplements but I didn’t think they were working. Although I went every few days, it was hardly worth my while for all that was passing.Originally posted by Phoenix07 View PostI've been on a low-no carb diet and it's 6 weeks today. I've had to take some powdered fibre to cleanse my bowels. My **** absolutely reeks, but they are some big nuggets of beauty, so that's good.
I then started it again at the start of this month, taking no supplements but **** did I regret that. I felt like I was giving birth to a baby elephant at times, all for one wee nugget to squeeze out. Wasn’t too bad though as I had a couple of carb days and everything was normal.
Decided to up my diet though, only eating 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, same for lunch and a small dinner consisting of 1 piece of meat and small amount of veg. Since then everything has stopped completely, although as I said no discomfort at all. I have been taking my capsules this time though (Psyllium Husks ), although not as often as I should be.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

You're not getting anywhere near enough food to create big poos. 4 eggs, one piece of meat and some veg is not enough. All that will do is create gas and possible bloating.
Could you up the veg and meat intake during lunch? I'm trying to find previous posts about your diet, but I'm failing miserably.

I put my first menu on this very thread. But my 'egg diet' stops after today and I'll start eating plenty again from tomorrow. Just got impatient and wanted to lose a few kilos drastically. Gonna see the low carbs out until end of the month, then start eating normally again in December.Originally posted by Phoenix07 View PostYou're not getting anywhere near enough food to create big poos. 4 eggs, one piece of meat and some veg is not enough. What fibre supplement did you take BTW? None of mine seemed that great and although it didn't bother me or give me any discomfort, I think my weigh-ins would be a lot more favourable if I was relatively regular. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Nah, it will be pretty tame I imagine. My next carb day when I overload of food and booze, now that probably won't be pleasant.

I'll check it out.
TBH the egg diet is the easiest thing I've done. I don't be that hungry at all and I still had enough energy to go to the gym at the weekend. On an ordinary ‘salad diet’ I find you are always starving which makes it quite difficult and if you’re taking carbs you obviously still crave them. On my normal ‘no carb’ diet, I don’t be as hungry but I still feel like snacking. On this diet, I know I’m not allowed anything so don’t really think about it. I would like something tasty to eat though and it is torture walking past all the chippys, Chinese and pizza shops every day though.
