14.2 is the level top athletes are at. Prem footballers are aound 13-16% so that's pretty dam good going there squire.

Is that true? I'm 12.5%

**** all muscles really but I haven't noticed any muscle loss since eating the way I do plus I like being this size. Clothes fit well
