Didnt lose as much fitness as I thought I would which gave me a bit of confidence. This was yesterday morning, and I think im going to go out this afternoon. I need to catch up and regain all this ground I have lost.

    Felt good to finish though.

Tried some Adidas Power Boost bit ended they were a narrow fit so didn't buy them, just upgraded my Pegasus to 30s.

Binned my boosts after Sunday and went on a trainer shopping frenzy. Ordered a pair of Lunar Flyknit 2s (Dan!!! Any good?), some free 5.0 and am about to hit the button on some Peg 30's too for junking.

Also chucked destroyed Waverider 16's, Brooks Glycirin 10s and as soon as I've done my last 2 coastal races I'll be chucking my nuclear smelling peg 29s. Looking at the state of them (especially the boosts) I'm amazed I've not fractured my right foot! Supination sucks!

My Nike peg 29's have been relegated to spare pile. I was tempted to buy a pair of 30s but have opted for the Asics Nimbus. Anyone else worn them or have a pair. I needed some more cushioning for my forefoot and these seemed to fit the bill.

Steady 5.2km to start breaking in my 30s, superb cushioning.

I've used them in the past. Comfy, cushioned but the uppers are a bit iffy. My toe escapes through the top mesh quite quickly, well after a hundred or so miles and I think it's a common problem.

Still, lovely trainers now they've dropped the weight out of them. Not sure they are £50 odd quid better than pegs but I always enjoyed running in them. Another 11.6 km logged tonight. Recovery run with mates who did endurun24. Nutcases.

nice shoes, good cushioning but still have decent foot feedback. only downside is one of the shoe rubs on my achilles, read other reviews and seems its not just me with that problem.

I saw that but think I'm just going to whack a load of kinesio tape on my Achilles before I run. Looking at racing flats too. Would have gone for flyknit racers but £130!!!!! No chance! Anyone got any experience with the Lunaracer 3?

Was away all weekend so done no running and I now have a cold so won't be doing anything till this clears.

There's something every month that just ruins my running.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Run with a cold dude. Trust me if anything it helps clear it. I had a cold for two solid weeks in April and it didn't stop me at all.

Different obviously if it affects your chest, but if it's just a head cold then get out there!
