I started at a new gym a couple of weeks ago. Doing tyre lifts, running tyre drags, tyre pulls, farmer's walks, weighted lunge walks, keg lifts etc...
I've been used to the DW for the past couple of years, thinking i was training at quite a decent level. This new workout has completely detroyed that, and me! 2 days on, 1 day off and i ache/hurt constantly on my day off.
I absolutely love it though, have quickly become addicted to the training and the effect it has on my physique!
