Not having Cook getting bogged down at the top off the order seems to be working for the batsmen, though it is an understrength Aussie XI. They are chasing it down quite nicely though (228-5) looks like it will go to the last few overs.

As I said earlier on in this thread its our bowling that is the big problem. Most days we seem incapable of keeping the opposition to below 300. Our batting is decent now cook has gone.
