It was pretty bad, landed on the kerb with her ribs/back and the ground with her head. A bit weird though how she locked the front brake and went flying. I haven't done that since I was about 10.

Done a few front break locks in my time, including getting flipped over and laid in the street bike over my head unable to move until someone helped me.

Nothing close to that though, can only hope she is okay.
