Well played England, they were the better team over the course of the match. They showed very good discipline with bat and ball, SA were wayward. Philander's sickness didn't help, but Morris and Rabada were all over the place and it showed. After the last game I think that they had the 'blast them out' mentality where on this surface consistency on a good line and length would have reaped the rewards, like Rolond-Jones proved.
I expect a full backlash in Manchester, losing a series after the run put together in previous series and considering the similar strength opposition would hurt. I'd probably stick with the same time maybe Markham for Kuhn being the exception. Kuhn has the goods in terms of his mentality and the way he plays the game, I just don't know if he's good enough. He hasn't looked like getting to a decent score and has struggled throughout this series in testing conditions.
