Your best mate will probably edge himself to a 50 in one of these innings to book his place in the Ashes. If Faf had a short leg in, it'd have been regulation. Not sure the reluctance to use one, especially with bowlers like Morkel and Rabada.

Morkel must be the most unlucky bowler alive. He's bowled brilliantly to Cook all series but plays and misses constantly.

Don't have much hope for this match with Philander injured - hopefully Olivier can step up.

Just seen the dismissal, he just doesn't use his feet, I played against 12yo who moved better than that last weekend. That technique might work on fast, true strips but in England you need much more than a good eye.

Nope. I spent most of Bell's Test career on his case but last time I think we discarded him too hastily, and last time I looked he was scoring runs at County level. He's got to be better than any of the muppets coming through.
