Yeah the Swans have been my team since I first started watching the game & the Suns are my adopted team since they were formed.

Qld teams look for in the afl for sure - always happy for one of them to win the flag if the Swans look unlikely (which seems to be the case this season, already)

The first time in our short history that the Suns have won the first 4 matches. We were known as a good 2 or 3 quarter side but we are starting to play well for 4 quarters now. And we had 14 different goal scorers yesterday.

It’s nice to see the Aussie teams doing better in super rugby. Getting rid of that extra team looks to have worked out well.Originally posted by Sus View PostAnd that Waratahs try from their own in goal - woah
Really really looking forward to the Lions tour, even though I’ll be watching from Europe
QLD teams looking good in the AFL. Hardwick is doing a great job with the suns. Lions going about their business without much fuss in the press, they’re all in on Hawthorn. No bias there in AFL is there. Don’t t mind the attention being on other teams though.

Cheers. What about the Roosters getting belted by 50 by the Broncos a few weeks ago at home & then beating them last night in the return bout.Originally posted by Sus View PostAh sorry SB, so many swings this season - I’m not watching many games, but it seems no standout teams in the same way as the Panthers from a few years ago?

Titans love to spoil my weekends. At least the Broncos are losing 20-12 at HT

Nah they are both stars in their own right & when both are in the side defenders might shut one of them down but seldom both of them. Nathan is easier to shut down without a star 5/8 to do what he can do on the other side.Originally posted by peterbread View PostMaybe Jarome Luai was the real star and Nathan Cleary was the support act.
Another embarrassing result for the Roar. I know the club is poorly run but Zadkovich must be the worst coach in A League history.
He looks totally out of his depth hey.

Watched the Suns beat Melbourne in the AFL. Suns looking good. Lions beating Geelong which I’m always happy about.
Just saw some of the NRL results. Could be an interesting and even season from how things have started.
