I remember Russell Howard's joke. He is part of the neo-comedy scene right now which makes jokes about 'taboo' subjects and that the old comedians frown upon like Ronnie Corbett and Jimmy Tarbuck.

The one who is best on the show is Andy Parsons. If you watch Frankie Boyle live, its the same material as the Mock the Week stuff and he used to write for Jimmy Carr which ultimately put me off.

I was agreeing with you up until you said "Andy Parsons".

Can't stand him, he's the worst on that show by far and I include Jo Brand in that.

He's a smug ******* with absolutely no reason to be.

On a lighter note, David Mitchell is my favourite panellist on any show he does. Never fails to make me laugh.

I like Andy Parsons, his spin on stories is brilliant. Horses for courses I guess. Jo Brand has always been unfunny. Female comedians That includes Victoria Wood, Joan Rivers, Ellen De Generes, Dawn French.

Ross Noble is a legend, I saw the Randomist show three times in the same tour and it was completely different each time. Would also recommend Omid Djalli, Sean Lock and Rich Hall (or Otis Lee Crenshaw).

Don't bother with Dylan Moran, seen him twice and each show was the same as the DVD he had out not so long ago, bit disappointing really, especially considering how good he is in Black Books.
