                              See, I don't think he does have an earing problem.

                              Simp(s)ons as a soft sound in the middle, symp(t)oms on the other hand as an hard sound. I don't think it would be easy to mistake as someone hard of hearing would be listening for that kind of thing.

                              He's not hard of hearing at all, he just went in to take the piss out of the doctor.
