First I've heard of that, where did you get that from? If that's true then he really is a c-unit. His hairbrained plans for the CL are ludicrous and illogical, no one wants to see the best teams from England/Spain/Italy etc playing the champions of Lithuania, Switzerland and Kazakhstan all the time. Jesus, CL qualifying is dreary enough as it is - the CL should stay the same, with the best teams scrapping it out and if a minnow/lesser team is good enough they'll prove it, a la Monaco/Porto a few years back.

He will pipe down with these democratic helping the poor smaller countries plans now that he has gotten their votes to get in position.
