    Romaro, every time.

Van Basten peaked in the late 80's and first couple of years in 90's!! He wasn't really prolific in the 90's!!

Ronaldo used to be **** hot!!
      El Nino!!

If Van Basten's career hadnt have been cut short i believe he wouldve been the greatest striker ever, bar none.

Very possible. My favourite was Hristo Stoichkov, but he was more of a magical striker than a prolific one.

Shearer was als class and would be ideal for the LFC team of today!!
            Forwards.......

As good as Batistuta was, and he was world class, he would have to play second fiddle, imho, to Romario. His goal scoring ratio for PSV, Barca, Flamengo, and Valencia in the 90's was staggering.

Robbie Fowler. Without a shadow of a doubt. However, I think Ronaldo WAS good too!

Forgetting about Fowler for a moment, you could argue any of Van Basten, Stoichkov, Romario, Ronaldo or Shearer over Batistuta (who was admittedly, one hell of a player)

I'd make a shout for Davor Suker though, internationally his record was superb and I'll never forget the mugging he dished out to Schmeichel in the World Cup

IMO it was this buck toothed Brazillian

We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

Hard to argue, this is his record:

                            Games (gls)
                            Internazionale 1997-2002 68 (49)
                            Real Madrid 2002-2007 98 (69)
                            AC Milan 2007-present 03 (3)

Pretty good IMO and for Brazil 97 (62

He´s close to a goal a game for Barca, put even Romario is his place.
