Why is it off the mark?

Bribing officials vs intentionally playing players who were inelligible.

Which ever way you cut it, it's cheating on both sides and the Premiership were gutless compared to the Italian FA.

Why is it OK to be an England-hater but it's not OK to be a Scotland/Ireland/Wales hater.

To be honest, your posts stinks of double standards.
        c'mon you're talking **** now, where's the double standard

The ref should be stronger but I think it's fair to say that the Italians have been at it for years and are notorious for being cheats.

Was that a freekick to them at the end?
No it wasn't a freekick but if I remember rightly it wasn't the Italian team that gave it, it was the officials. What should they do in that situation, kick it into touch?

So your goal was onside was it? and our disallowed goal was offside was it? Didn't think so.

And as for saying don't read your comments if I don't agree with it is ****ing nonsense. Hiding behind that sacred of internet retorts is the sure sign that you are talking bollocks. You could use that to post all manner of offensive, ill thought out, stereotyped ****.

The double standard is that you are having a pop because a few posters (myself included) are posting the odd bit of banter about Scotland throwing away their chance of qualification. But if the shoe was on the other foot you'd be joining in with the banter.

If the Scottish fans on here can't take it, then don't give it.

Anyway, only kurtangle and El Diego had a problem with it.

That second Italian goal was, apparently, not given due to a hand ball by Di Natalie.

Ferguson was on-side. The rule is daylight between the players. Did you see daylight? If he was offside it was by a ball hair.

And anyway I'm not saying anything to you on here that I wouldn't say to your face. If you think it's stereotyped I really couldn't give a bollocks.

I wish people wouldn't use the phrase 'having a pop' particularly when i was merely stating my opinion on something.

What other foot would the shoe be on exactly, because i'm still failing to see the double standards, if italy had been knocked out i'd be happy that scotland went through, but i'm not bothered either way if italy are in the euro's or not, like i'm not bothered if england are or aren't.

                    Well you wanted it.

                    Here's my opinion:

Italian football sucks donkey balls! It's boring as ****, a goal per game ****e that's most often scored in the 90th minute (so if you turn on the TV in 89th minute, you haven't missed anything), but if it is scored earlier, you should turn off the tv, because THAT'S IT! Nothing to see here, move on.

Italian football (especially those top clubs - Roma excluded) have corruption written all over them.

And the final thing is ... The fans. Or should I say "fans". They are a disgrace to this sport and if any football violence is happening, you bet it is in Italy.

The only good thing about Italian football is Roma (fans are ****s but they play beautiful) and Livorno (left wing radical fans! ).

                    Everything else is

Now don't even bother cause I wont reply to anything you say.

                    [Fez]Good day ... I said good day![/Fez]

PS: I have nothing against you

So, you are basically insinuating that multiple instances of collusion spread out across some of the most prominent teams in a country's top league, reaching right up to the very top of the political and sporting hierarchy is the same as one team neglecting to do their paperwork properly (I am being facetious here, but the West Ham thing was a matter of vague regulation, not conspiracy). Yes, the FA were spineless, but there's no way you are going to convince me that these things are on a level.

Italian football has recently been more unsavoury than Johnny Vegas' undercrackers, and I don't think there is any getting away from that fact. But, as I say, I am in no mood for in-depth debate - I'm missing England's big game

If it was England who were cruelly knocked out and everyone was mouthing off would you write such a post as you did earlier?
                          I doubt it.

Well thats fair enough but you're wrong.

I came on here to post my congratulations on a brilliant campaign by Scotland and to say you at least deserved a draw and if we had lost and gone out I wouldn't be slinging hackneyed insults. Its a shame you don't feel the same way.
