When they are gone the names Hicks, Gillet, Parry and Moores should be banned from this site forever

To be fair mate, I don't think he is having much of a say in any of this at the moment.

I know what you are saying but he could actually swallow his pride and stay at Madrid. I mean he just looks like a money grabbing tw@t at the moment. I mean Man City, no Champions League, yes loads of money in the pot or Madrid, Champions League, League Champions, oh and history.

I think if Robihno does sign, and it is being reported that he has, then I it just shows that to these guys who claim to want to win things, be the best and play for the biggest clubs in their sport actually just think ‘well I’ll go anywhere, do my job as long as I get paid a shed load of cash’.

I think Sarb said ‘football’s gone mad' and entitled my own similar thread on the Robihno deal the same but I actually think it should be ‘football’s become sad!’

Don't regret it lads...at least Liverpool have their dignity and a certain amount of integrity. That's why out of the top four, the whole country wants you lot to win the league.
You still are not one of these corporate clubs. You are hanging in there.
The images of Shankly, Keegan & Toshack, The Kop in full voice on european cup nights...that sea of red pouring forward and the memories your club has given to millions like me. It's all still there. Don't wish it away too quick. Liverpool have something precious the other three don't have. A history they haven't sold down the river.

Be careful what you wish for...you might just get it.

Two clubs have agreed a fee, but surely, surely Robinho wont go there ?

I mean even with all this money, the top players will want to see how it all pans out at City first before they sign.

the man just wants to leave madrid on principle , they paraded him around like a prostitute when they thought they were getting ronaldo and wouldnt offer him a new contract, i think he will join city on a rumored 92000 pounds a week.
