I cant say ive ever taken a throw in before, ive always played through the middle.....but im sure id be able to launch it pretty far. I can throw most things further than anyone i know. Baseballs, Rugby balls, Basketballs, Apples, Oranges, i can handball an Aussie rules ball almost as far as some can kick the thing too.

BTW - Andy Legg was the first to come to prominence with a long throw.
