I couldn't give less of a **** about England games, but I turned the game on yesterday and thought this must be one of the most mediocre England sides for ages, who are the absolutely top draw players? Kane, Bellingham and maybe Rice, the rest are just decent nothing special.

Yep totally agree. I’ve only caught snippets but I’ve not seen anything to believe they’ll go deep into the competition.

I don't really understand why any manager thinks a winger coming inside is a good idea. I mean, I guess an inside forward can be useful, but not when it is completely predictable. I still feel sorry for Slot, but when I think of Gakpo and Salah both cutting in, that feeling fades. Anyway, what I know about tactics. Stamps come to mind.

Youve got to have the fullbacks overlapping and the wide players need to use them.

The very fact they signed him demonstrates just what a crap state Barca are in. Having said that, I'm glad he's gone there because it removes any possibility of his coming here.
