Don’t think the German defender moves a lot there feels like the keeper moved into him more and just dropped down. The keeper didn’t react afterwards and ask for a foul which says a lot.

I think it was that he had his arms up as if he was going for the grapple/scrimmage that did him

I thought it should be disallowed because the attacker was holding the keeper as he was trying to reposition for the ball. Definitely impeded. Dunno - is that a foul?

Germany totally robbed though. The ref barely gave a fk all game, but then VAR intervened on a slight touch on the keeper to rule out a goal for 2-1. Paraguay defended amazingly well all game, but that was farcical.
