I can’t stand how the substitutes are allowed to stand on the sidelines during the match pretending to be warming up. The Ghanaian subs grabbed a Colombian player which is not on.

First goal for France is going to be difficult with Paraguay getting everyone behind the ball. Once they get the first you’d expect Paraguay will have to come out of their shell & it will be easier to get a 2nd.

I did. 3-0 was a little flattering, but there are some great goals worth catching on the highlights.

I know Paraguay are playing their game, but it is pretty frustrating to watch. The game needs France to score.

I’m loving the no BS refereeing that’s been on show during this WC. The amount of times players have gone to ground trying to con the Ref & they’ve called play on. I hope it continues to become the new norm.

It's interesting you say that about the refereeing. Not sure if I'm just noticing it more, but the amount of holding seems to be immense. And not just holding but strong, physical jostling, pushing and holding. It's like the game is more about strength than talent.
