                              To be fair they were never going to attract Kaka, Ronaldo and Messi straigt away. It might take a few years for that.

                              Adebayor, Tevez, Barry, Lescott etc etc....

                              Maybe not world class, but still top quality footballers. They're a top 6 side already.

                                They've bought as well as they probably can, given that they're a nobody in world footballing terms. As AA says, they were never going to get the best of the best.
