"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

He played like a loony today, looking forward to part two later in the season.

Well after all that running across the pitch to wind up the gooners I'm sure he'll welcome the 3+ week break he's about to enjoy for his stamp on RvP.

That's the first time I've seen the stamp on Van Persie.

I've always hated Adebayor. He's a filthy ****ing cunt and I hope he gets ****ed up the arse by fredo.

I think it's pathetic. Did you find it funny when Gary Neville did it to us?

It's idiotic incitement. Doing it through instinct is one thing, but when you run 100 yards specifically for that reason, it's ****ing foolish.

Aye, especially considering recent events at the West Ham v Millwall and Forest v Derby games. Collymore reckons he should get a five game ban and I can't decide wether that is too harsh or not, but he should get some kind of punishment. However, as he got a yellow for the incident I don't think they can do anything.

I think it should get a ban too.

And hopefully, they might be able to retrospectively ban Gary Neville too.

Five games wouldn't be harsh at all mate.

He's gone back, looked at VP and scraped his foot down the side of his boat. That's dangerous, dirty and disgusting.

He doesn't exactly play much so I'm not sure what the point would be.

DO you think 5 games would be a bit OTT?

Collymore was referring to the celebration when he said about the ban. Apparently he had a bad tackle on Fabregas too but I haven't seen that?

Nah, i'd go with 5 games. Potentially, it's a very dangerous thing to do and it'd stamp out that kind of ****.

As i said, if it's instinctive, that might be a different issue, but by the time he'd run 50 yards, it must've occurred to him exactly what he was doing. No excuses.

Of course, no bans will be issued for this kind of thing, until it becomes the third 'current 2 week fad' of football, after the 'respect' campaign and the 'diving is worse than killing someone' campaign we've just seen the end of.
