Collymore reckons he should get a five game ban and I can't decide wether that is too harsh or not, but he should get some kind of punishment. However, as he got a yellow for the incident I don't think they can do anything.

Nah, i'd go with 5 games. Potentially, it's a very dangerous thing to do and it'd stamp out that kind of ****.

As i said, if it's instinctive, that might be a different issue, but by the time he'd run 50 yards, it must've occurred to him exactly what he was doing. No excuses.

Of course, no bans will be issued for this kind of thing, until it becomes the third 'current 2 week fad' of football, after the 'respect' campaign and the 'diving is worse than killing someone' campaign we've just seen the end of.
