I'd be amazed if something positive came out of this.
Best case scenario would be that FIFA finally cave in and bring in some level of technology to aid in the refereeing of the game.
I propose:
1/ Goal line technology to detect whether the whole of the ball has crossed the line.
2/ Similar in a way to Tennis, a team/Manager/Captain has an option to request that a decision is reviewed via TV replay - where the 4th Official has the final say. Or 5th Official in the stands if we think the 4th official will be influenced so close to the teams benches. If the decision is overturned then the team keeps its "option" to use again, however should the decision remain the team loses its ability for a further request.
