Sad thing is this could be the one of the big things that he's remembered for. No matter what great things he's achieved (or will achieve) in his career, after this he could be remembered as a cheat like Maradona and the 'hand of god'.

Such blatant cheating in a high profile match deserves to tarnish his career. I hope it dogs him for the rest of his playing days.

We support a cheat when we need to and vilify when we want to. I don't think there's an individual here on this forum, who has not de-frauded someone, cheated or lied to and not thought about the consequences for that moment. By any means necessary, thats the world we live in.

We support a cheat when we need to and vilify when we want to. The difference is N'gog cheated in a run of the mill Premiership game. There are 38 of those every season.

Henry cheated in what was the biggest match for the Irish team for years with qualification for the World Cup on the line. We haven't been to the World Cup since 2002 and hadn't looked remotely like qualifying for another tournament since. Both Henry and Ngog cheated but you have to put it in context.
