I'm just not sure that Brendan has been overly impressed with him when he's played. His stock is higher in Spain with his international involvement and, assuming he doesn't set la liga alight, he's quite likely to be worth more to us in transfer fee than as a player, and maybe even if he does. Just a hunch really, maybe Brendan is a fan but its not obvious so far because he could have been given a bit more of a run last season.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

That's fair enough, was just wondering. I still think he done okay when called upon last season and am convinced Rodgers is still a fan, but on my phone with low battery so can't really elaborate. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Same here but I am not sure that he would get much playing time with any PL club this year to be honest.Originally posted by Pablo1981 View PostI would have preferred him to play Premier League games though.
That said, I'd prefer he went to Championship Legue rather than La Liga as I think would suit his development more.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

I don't think it does or, indeed, will mean the end of his Liverpool career. If anything it could be the very start of it.Originally posted by spider-neil View PostSuso going on loan doesn't have to mean the end of the player at Liverpool.
Good loan spell = happy player = comes back next summer raring to go and fight for his place. That can only ever be a good thing.

Not really. He needs to go to a club where he will get the correct exposure, responsibilty, playing time to progress. If he goes to a club where he more less in the same situation as he is with us, it would be a pointless moveOriginally posted by SB View PostNo but the choice of location is reason to raise an eyelid or two
I am sure the club has done it homework on this an Rodgers is fairly familiar with the Spanish set up
