From mzaLFC on 606: "Olympiakos right-back Vasilis Torosidis is on his way to Liverpool for a medical according to reports from Greece, with Rafa wanting a replacement for the injured Glen Johnson. He is a great friend of Liverpool and Greek centre-back Soitrios Kyrgiakos."

Personally. I don't think he will go anywhere unless he is guaranteed first team football. I doubt he would get it at Villa, so West Ham's a good call. I'm surprised Bolton hasn't been named yet.
I make no apologies, this is me

Nothing big will happen, this will indeed be the more boring non-event of a transfer window EVER

                    January windows almost always are.

We've done a bit of business in previous January windows, Fowler's return, Keane's departure and the signing of Agger come to my mind.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

It seems strange that the Chavs aren't buying anyone with the embargo hanging over them.
