They lost both league games to Leicester this season and drew both against Cardiff.

Add DJ Campbell into the mix, then it would make for an interesting final..

Campbell does seem to have been transformed this season.

I'm not sure form over the season is all that much of a factor in play off finals. That said I suppose the record could indicate something about the match up of teams strengths but in general the sample of two games isn't enough to say much.
