I think that is better than the usual 2-0 opening win. A result like this creates a fight or a motivating factor. Italy only won half of the games in 2006 when they won it. In comparison, Argentina always win 6-0 the first few games but always lose later on.

Well, we always make a slow start in tournaments. We usually drop points against the bottom of the group, so a draw against USA isn't that much of an obstacle for us.
We should have took it but so still bloody disappointing. However grand scheme of things we'll be good.Comment
