    John Terry.

Hopelessly exposed in the World Cup. Looked good next to a class act like Carvalho, looks wank without him. Used to be a very good centre back, not sure what's gone wrong with him. Either way he's overrated.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Terry is well overrated. No way is he a great CB. He gets away with murder, when he's turned on six-pence by anyone with pace or skill the cunt grabs the shirt or arm. Dirty Player got found out in the world cup. He's only decent in the 18 yard box in dead ball situations.

Him and Roy Keane are the dirtiest players I've watched. His 'dirtiness' takes the shine away from what would otherwise be an amazing player.
Doesn`t being able to the dirty work, and getting away with it, make him a even better player?
Maybe not to watch, but as a asset for the team?

I just think the guy is a phenomenal footballer, one of the best passers of a ball in the game also reads the game fantastically well, and shockingly just gone 23, been around for years and he still has another good decade in him, Arsenal will be lost if they lose him, or when they lose him IMO.

              Great point

Think a prime example of that would be Makelele

Rio Ferdinand IMO is the most overrated player in Premiership history. Everytime I've seen him play, his style of play resembles that of Phil Babb.

Adebayor. the very definition of hot and cold.

Roque Santa Cruz, a 1season wonder if there was ever one.

John Obi Mikel. Although his stock has fallen a bit. When he first played the Makelele role pundits were raving - he looked average then and he still looks average now to me.

Rio is not that overrated. He's got great positional sense ( drug joking aside) he makes most situations look very simple and carries the ball away in a confident manner; he was a bit docile in his early days, but he commands the ball and his area very well now. Players like Terry and even Carra look great when they come in with last minute tackles and stopping goal scoring opportunities because either they get caught out by pace or skill or because other players have put them in that situation. Rio tends to very rarely put a foot wrong nowadays unless its Torres who could quite easily single handedly rape, Rio, Vidic, Terry in one swift movement.
