If he had 3+ years left on his contract, i imagine they'd get around £40m or more. Although the emphasis with which he's shouting 'i want out' might've impacted negatively on the fee anyway

With the news of him being able to buy out his contract next summer, I wouldn't be surprised if he sits tight and waits. He'll certainly have more options if there's no fee involved.
