Methinks that praising Wenger is a wind-up to scum fans. Ginsoaked is clearly the best manager the Premier League's seen. Bearing in mind the Premier League is only 18 years old and he's won it 11 times FFS. That's 60% of all PL titles being won by that cunt and his team.

I caught some of an interview with him on FF (I usually turn the sound down, as with Gerry Adams in the 90s ) and he was talking about maintaining control. He said that the manager is absolutely the most important person at the club and that once his control is lost then there's no point any longer. Made me wonder how good we'd have been if we ever had a manager who controlled the side completely. I've always had the feeling that Gerrard/Carra have too much power over the hierarchy at the club which must've hindered our progress to a degree.

I said the same thing a number of times. The boss must be THE boss or else you won't succeed. Fergie have survived this long only because the board allowed him to ship out whatever player that was a problem, key player or no key player. If you are a problem then your off, pack your bags, bye bye, don't forget to close the door on your way out etc.

The boss must have absolute power in the dressing room and the players must believe in him 100%.
