Gray & Keys In Sexist Row

If Keys survives I can only imagine it will not be for long.

The precedents for people in the media caught out like this are not good.

Glen Hoddle
etc.

Sooner or later his comments will, quite rightly, bring about the end of this part of his broadcasting career.

Hes been sacked for 3 things

1) his involvement in the Keys conversation over Massey (I think he wasnt as bad as Keys in this one)
2) his involvement with Andy Burton again over Massey and whilst they were discussing her looks the most damning point for me was Grays comments near the end of the footage on Sky News' website he says something like "A ****ing female linesman unbelievable"
3) the new footage from December were he asks a female colleague to tuck his shirt in (showing her the front of his shirt undone then laughing at her

For me its a combination of the 3 that has led to his sacking

Any of them could be sackable offences but all 3 together meant his position was untenable

For the record I think Keys should be sacked as well as his comments were ****ing disgraceful

It's not been widely reported until now but Gray has launched legal proceedings against the NOTW as part of the phone hacking scandal.

That's more than likely the real reason he's gone. The sexism is a convenient excuse.

Of course none of the above will ever be provable.

Looks like a dirty old man there at the end, made to look daft because he got no response.

Wonder though, if this will bring any thing/one out of the woodwork, who knows what Keys and Gray have been up to on their little jaunts.
