The other thing is, that the 10am-1pm slot isnt JUST about sport or football, they do some topical/current affairs stuff at times, too.

Does that mean Gray and Keys will be discussing political and topical issues too? That'll make interesting listening then...

I don't think the two of them should have a slot together and it would be a good opportunity to mix things up a bit..

i.e..

Morning slot: Brazil and Goughie

Mid Morn: Keys and Parry

Early Aft: Hawksbie and Jacobs

Late Aft: Durham and Gray

Within five minutes of talkSPORT announcing that Richard Keys and Andy Gray are coming to the radio station to take over the 10am-1pm show, I had about 55 messages asking what I thought about it.

So here goes… when Gray was sacked and Keys resigned I was critical of both of them. What Gray said to Charlotte Jackson was totally wrong, and Keys himself admitted what he’d said was unacceptable.

But I also said on air that both of them will learn from mistakes, and if they were to join us at talkSPORT they will arrive here much better people. I’m no judge and jury – but I have my opinions. I’m also the kind of guy who can move on so I’m ready and happy to work alongside these two giants of sports broadcasting.

I'm a bit shocked so many of you listen to it. I see it as the radio equivalent of The Sun

to clarify - I don't mean Mackenzie etc, or that you should be boycotting it or whatever. I just mean in terms of its lowest common denominator content and often bigoted contributors. Like that Gaunt cunt.

I only listen to it when driving, radio 5 is mainly drab and it is very funny when u hear how many ****wits take the wum presenters as gospel.

I think it depends where you work..

Travelling salesmen on the M6 won't listen to Radio City or Juice FM.
5Live are full of politics and I don't know of many other mid day options..

On the way to work in the morning, I switch from Moyles R1 to Brazil to Evans R2 and Back again...

On the way home I'm a Smooth Radio fan and Durham when he is positive about LFC..
