He's played the last 2 games as Tiote is injured but Guthrie hasn't been a regular for Newcastle since they were promoted.

Shelvey has 5 goals in 6 games now for Blackpool, I know that some people in the Blackpool forum were slagging his passing off, but surely that's a good return for a 19 year old. Hopefully he can continue what (statistically at least) seems a good run of form, so he'll come back to us full of confidence and ready to compete for a first team place.
